FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions
Do we need a wedding planner?
Whether you need a wedding planner depends entirely on your individual needs. A wedding planner not only supports you with the planning beforehand, but also ensures everything runs smoothly on the big day itself. Finding the perfect venue and the right vendors can be very time-consuming — that’s why many couples are happy to hand over parts of the organization and research to a professional.
What does day-of coordination mean?
On your wedding day, the planner coordinates all vendors, acts as a point of contact for your guests, and always has a backup plan ready. This allows you to fully relax and enjoy your special day, while your guests can simply celebrate with you instead of taking on responsibilities. In addition, an experienced wedding planner has lots of valuable tips and tricks to make your wedding even more beautiful, stress-free, and truly unforgettable.
What is full or partial planning?
With full planning, your wedding planner takes care of the entire organization of your wedding: researching and booking all needed vendors, creating a personalized concept and moodboard, coordinating every step closely with you, and giving you valuable advice for every detail. They also develop a detailed timeline, ensure everything runs smoothly, and are by your side throughout the whole planning process.
Partial planning is a great option if you’d like to handle certain aspects yourselves. In this case, your wedding planner supports you only with the areas you need help with — for example, finding specific vendors, creating a timeline, or coordinating the final details with everyone involved.
Why should we book YOU?
With more than ten years of experience in organizing events — both nationally and internationally — I know exactly what it takes to make your wedding day truly perfect. I specialize in helping couples who travel to Austria or Vienna for their wedding. From researching the right accommodation for your wedding guests to arranging transfers between different parts of the program, I make sure everything runs smoothly so you don’t have to worry about a thing.
Of course, I also love working with Austrian couples who want professional support for planning and coordination. Thanks to my language skills in German, English, and French — plus a bit of Spanish and Italian — I can always communicate with everyone involved. And if words ever fail: I’ve always managed to understand people — in the worst case, hands, feet, and a warm smile do the job just fine!
How does it work when you reach out to me?
When you reach out, we’ll start with a relaxed, free, and non-binding first meeting — either online or in person in Vienna or in the surrounding area. This get-to-know-you chat usually takes about 30 to 45 minutes, during which we’ll define exactly where I can support you.
Afterwards, you’ll receive a customized offer from me, which we can of course adapt together to suit your needs. And once you’re happy with everything, we’ll dive straight into planning your big day!
How do you charge your services?
The cost naturally depends on the scope of your wedding and how much support you’d like. I offer different packages and work with you to define exactly which services you need — so we can determine a fair flat rate that covers everything we agree on.
It’s important to me to understand your wishes clearly right from the start, so I can create an offer that fits you. My prices are deliberately structured as package rates, so you can be confident that no hidden costs will arise during the entire planning process.
