As an event planner with years of international experience, I specialize in helping couples from abroad plan their perfect wedding.

With my expertise and creativity, I take care of everything that makes a perfect wedding: from the selection of the right service providers to tailor-made elements that make your wedding a very personal, unique event. I will not only help you to realize your dream wedding, but also ensure that you can enjoy the anticipation of the big day to the fullest.

Our cooperation

Initial consultation – the start of your dream wedding

In an initial consultation, I take the time to get to know you and find out your wishes and ideas for the big day.

We will work together to create the perfect plan for your wedding, whether you already have concrete ideas or are still unsure.

Budget planning

One of the most important elements when planning a wedding is the budget plan. Depending on your budget, we can start looking for the location and service providers. I will create a well-structured budget plan for you, adjust it on an ongoing basis and send it to you regularly. This allows you to keep track of your wedding budget.

Creation of a wedding concept & design

In consultation with you, I will design a wedding concept that reflects the style of your wedding and includes a selection of colors, floral arrangements and decorative elements. The design of the stationery such as wedding invitations, menu cards etc. will also be determined as part of the wedding concept.

Location search

One of the most important decisions when planning a wedding is choosing the right location. I would be happy to help you find your dream location that matches your style and your ideas. I will go through a checklist with you and then start looking for locations that meet your desired criteria. Following my search, I will suggest 5 locations, arrange viewing appointments and accompany you to these so that all the important details can be clarified and discussed on site.

Search for and coordination of suitable service providers

I am happy to help you with the time-consuming research of suitable service providers for your wedding. I will be happy to enquire about caterers, photographers, DJs, florists etc. for you and compare them for you so that you can choose from a small, fine list at the end. Of course, I only suggest service providers with whom I have had good experiences myself or who have been recommended to me by colleagues.

Guest management

If you wish, I can also take over the guest list management for you. This includes sending out invitations and managing RSVPs, for example. As I create room plans for the location in consultation with you and the service providers involved, I am also happy to help with the creation of a seating plan.

Transportation & Logistics

I will also be happy to help you book the necessary vehicles for the bridal couple, family and guests so that nobody is left behind. Especially for international guests, this also includes the organization of airport transfers, hotel shuttles, etc.

Daily coordination

On your big day, I will be on site (with additional staff if necessary) before the first service provider arrives to ensure that everything is ready for the set-up.

In advance, I send a precise schedule and relevant contact details to everyone involved to ensure that everything runs smoothly and that everyone is on the same page.

If something does deviate from the plan on site, I do my best to find a quick solution.
